Projects



I spent some time with my sewing machine recently, and was pleased with the tea towel I embellished.

I also recently tried my hand at baking crusty French baguettes, and was not pleased with the plain 'ol French bread I managed to create instead...

    Did you add steam to the oven? Like pour water on a hot pan while baking? I’ve heard that help get the crust. Never tried it though. Also, the tea towel is very cute.

      Yes. That was the technique I was trying to use (with ice cubes).
