Plant Sitter

Sharon plant-sat my houseplants while I was in Michigan over the summer.
When I returned, I found the greenery in excellent condition...
and the African violets were in full bloom!
{after never blooming the 3+ years they've been in my care!}

We might just have Sharon become the official primary care provider for the African violets :).

  1. I don't know why this memory just surfaced ... bit when I was teaching first grade in Elkhaer I had planters with red geraniums in my classroom window sills. I had a classroom aid... mrs Zaria. She wasn't a very good aid... but she always came in and snapped the dead flower heads off those geraniums so they looked nice. I think Mrs. Zaria would have made a good plant sitter.
