ps- here, we say "zeb-rah" not "zee-brah"
Isn't zeb-rah more phonetically correct??

    Speaking of Bill Peet (I love reading books in rhyme) I found a rhyming children's bible the other day...how fun is that?

    As far as the English language and phonetic consistencies...then we wouldn't have spelling bees.
