Picking and arranging fresh flowers is therapeutic for me, and I'm still enjoying the trace remains of my trip to the you-pick flower patch two weeks ago after finishing my most recent four-hour accounting exam. I picked a giant can of flowers and arranged them in bunches all throughout the house. Of course I was sure to choose an assortment of good drying flowers so I can enjoy their beauty even after the fresh flowers faded.
That is beautiful therapy.
