Every time I make spaghetti sauce, the house smells like home :)

    1. The recipe, well...a bunch of tomatoes, a couple onions, some garlic-- blend in the blender
      add salt, pepper, a bit of sugar, and some oreganum (that's what oregano is called here).
      Cook until desired consistency, adjusting spices to taste.
      Enjoy and freeze the extras to enjoy many more times!
